Product Description
Overview: 96 V 24S Integrated BMS for Light Electric Trucks

Light electric trucks and agricultural carriers run a duty cycle that sits between a scooter and a road vehicle: modest speed, heavy payload, long working days and a pack that is expected to last a decade. The JNFN ANT 24LTB is a twenty-four series 96 V integrated board with 120 A continuous output, a 240 A ten-second peak, and a potted IP67 housing that can be mounted on the chassis rather than inside a protected compartment.

Durability rather than feature count is the design brief. Potting removes the internal air volume where condensation would otherwise collect, terminals are mechanical lugs rather than push connectors so a field repair can be done with a wrench, and the mounting feet are isolated from the current path so a chassis short during installation is less likely. The communication layer stays intentionally simple: CAN to the vehicle controller, Bluetooth for service, and one dry contact that can drive an external alarm.

Key Features of the 24LTB Sealed Chassis Pack BMS
  • 96 V 24 Series 120 A Platform: Matched to the drive systems used in light trucks and agricultural carriers, with 240 A available for ten seconds during a loaded start.
  • Potted IP67 Housing for Chassis Mounting: Fully encapsulated electronics remove the internal condensation volume, and the enclosure is rated for spray, mud and pressure washing at a depot.
  • Mechanical Lug Terminals: Field repairs use a wrench rather than a crimp tool, which matters for a fleet maintained in a rural workshop.
  • Isolated Mounting Feet: The bracket is electrically separate from the current path, reducing the risk of a chassis short during a rushed installation.
  • CAN to Vehicle, Bluetooth to Service: The controller sees a standard frame set, while a technician can read per-cell data from a phone without opening the pack.
  • Temperature-Gated Current: Output is progressively reduced as cell temperature rises, which keeps a loaded truck moving on a long climb instead of stopping with a protection trip.
  • Dry Contact Alarm: One configurable relay output can drive a dashboard lamp or an external buzzer, because a driver needs to know about a fault before the vehicle stops.

Applications: Light Trucks, Agricultural Carriers and Utility Vehicles

Light electric trucks, agricultural carriers and site utility vehicles running 96 V packs are the intended fit, along with municipal maintenance vehicles that work outdoors year round. The board also suits retrofit conversions where the pack is mounted on an exposed chassis rail.

Fleet workshops value the mechanical terminals and the potted construction, because a board that can be serviced with hand tools and does not accumulate water is a board that stays in service through a harvest season.

Packaging and Quality Assurance

Delivery includes the potted board, a labelled harness, four NTC probes, mounting hardware and a wiring diagram. Units are pressure-tested for seal integrity and load tested with a simulated loaded-start profile.

Ordering: single units for evaluation, fleet pricing from twenty. Harness length, terminal orientation and CAN mapping can be specified against the vehicle drawing. A 24-month limited warranty covers the board.
