Product Description

When a battery room or a containerised storage system has a control cabinet with a door, the display stops being an accessory and becomes the panel the operator actually looks at. The JNFN ANT P70 is a seven inch 1024 x 600 panel built for that position: an aluminium front frame, a sealed gasket, three simultaneous interfaces, and a layout that can show an entire 32 series pack without paging through cell groups.

At this size the constraint is not readability but information architecture. The default screens are arranged so that the top level answers three questions at a glance — how much energy is available, whether anything is outside limits, and which direction current is flowing — while deeper pages hold cell detail, event history and configuration. Two CAN ports allow the panel to sit between the pack bus and the site controller without becoming a single point of failure: if the panel is removed, the bus keeps running.

Key Features of the 7 Inch Panel BMS Display
  • Seven Inch 1024 x 600 Panel: Enough width to draw a full 32 series cell row and a current trend on the same screen, which removes the paging that smaller displays force during diagnosis.
  • Pass-Through Bus Architecture: Two CAN ports are internally bridged with isolation, so removing or replacing the panel does not interrupt communication between the pack and the site controller.
  • Aluminium Front Frame with Sealed Gasket: A rigid frame keeps the panel flat against a cabinet door and preserves the enclosure rating once the door is closed.
  • Trend Charts: Current, temperature and state of charge are drawn as rolling trends over one hour, eight hours or twenty-four hours, which is how an intermittent fault is usually spotted.
  • Multi-Pack Overview: Up to eight packs on the same bus can be displayed as a summary tile grid, with the weakest pack highlighted and one touch to open its detail page.
  • Configuration Import and Export: Parameters can be exported to a file and loaded onto the next cabinet, which turns a repetitive commissioning task into a copy operation.
  • Optional Ethernet Module: A plug-in board adds a Modbus TCP server, so a site SCADA system can read the same data the panel is showing.

Applications

Battery rooms, containerised storage systems and industrial backup installations are the primary fit, especially where several packs share a bus and an operator needs a single view of the whole bank. The panel also suits larger marine installations and workshop test benches.

Integrators who build the same cabinet repeatedly use the export and import function to standardise parameters, and the optional Ethernet board to hand the same data to a plant SCADA system without building a separate gateway.

Packaging and Quality Assurance

Delivery includes the panel, an aluminium frame, a mounting gasket, a screw kit and a 3 m harness set with CAN, RS485 and supply leads. Each unit is checked for panel flatness, touch accuracy and bus isolation before packing.

Ordering: samples from one piece, project pricing from twenty. Screen layouts, parameter templates and the optional Ethernet board can be configured against the cabinet drawing. A 24-month limited warranty covers the display module.
