Product Description

A cabinet-mounted energy storage system needs more than a three-digit state of charge readout. When a commissioning engineer is standing in front of a module, the useful screen is the one that shows the cell voltage histogram, the temperature map and the last fifty events in the same place. The JNFN ANT T50 is a five inch capacitive touch panel that does exactly that: 800 x 480 resolution, dual CAN ports so it can sit on the pack bus and the site bus at once, an 8 to 90 V input range, and a flat bezel that mounts through a rectangular cutout in a cabinet door.

Touch interaction is what separates this unit from a simple indicator. Parameter groups can be browsed and, with an authorisation code, adjusted in the field: current limits, balancing thresholds, alarm setpoints and the display language. The change is logged with a timestamp against the parameter name, so a commissioning record exists without anyone writing it down.

Key Features of the JNFN ANT T50 BMS Display
  • Five Inch Capacitive Touch Panel: 800 x 480 resolution with a hardened glass surface, responsive through a work glove — the practical requirement on a commissioning floor.
  • Cell Voltage Histogram and Temperature Map: All series voltages are drawn as a bar chart against the pack average, so a drifting group is visible in one glance instead of requiring a page of numbers to be scanned.
  • Dual CAN Ports Plus RS485: One CAN port faces the pack bus and the other faces the site controller, with the RS485 port available for a legacy device — all running simultaneously.
  • Guarded Parameter Editing: Field edits require an authorisation code and are written to an event log with a timestamp, which turns an informal adjustment into a documented record.
  • 500-Event Alarm Log: Alarms and warnings are stored with cell snapshot, temperature and current at the moment of the event, so a fault that cleared overnight can still be examined in the morning.
  • 8 to 90 V Wide Supply: Runs directly from a 24 V, 48 V or 72 V pack auxiliary output without an external converter, and tolerates the transients present on a switching bus.
  • Flat Panel Mount Bezel: A 150 x 100 mm cutout with a sealed gasket keeps the cabinet's IP rating intact once the door is closed.

Applications

Commercial and industrial storage cabinets, containerised systems and telecom backup installations are the intended fit, particularly where commissioning staff need to verify cell behaviour without opening a laptop. The panel also suits marine installations where a helm station wants a full pack view rather than a gauge.

Service teams use the event log during a warranty discussion, because a fault snapshot from the moment of the trip is more persuasive than a description written from memory a week later.

Packaging and Quality Assurance

Delivery includes the panel, a mounting gasket, a screw kit, a USB service cable and a 2 m CAN and RS485 harness. Units are tested for touch linearity, backlight uniformity and supply transient tolerance before packing.

Ordering: Samples from one piece; OEM branding and start-up screen customisation from fifty. Screen layouts can be adjusted for a project's parameter set. A 24-month limited warranty covers the display module.
