Product Description

Low-speed electric vehicles endure a hard, repetitive duty cycle: a sightseeing shuttle on a resort loop, a campus buggy, or a golf fleet car. The pack is charged whenever the vehicle returns, discharged in short bursts, and expected to last a decade on a budget that will not tolerate a premium management board. The JNFN ANT 20ZLV is engineered squarely for that compromise — a 20-series 72 V platform, 300 A continuous output, an IP67 housing that survives washing and rain, and a limp-home mode that lets a driver finish a route instead of abandoning the vehicle on a path.

The board is deliberately conservative in what it asks of the installer. Cell wiring lands on a labelled terminal block, the configuration is a fixed 20-series profile that can be re-flashed for 16 or 24 series, and the CAN frame set matches the motor controller families used in this vehicle class. Everything else is about surviving a depot: reverse polarity tolerance during installation, sealed connectors, and a diagnostic log that a fleet technician can read with a phone.

Key Features
  • 72 V 20-Series 300 A Platform: Sized for the 5 kW to 15 kW motor class typical of shuttles and fleet cars, with headroom for the brief inrush that occurs when a controller is engaged on a slope.
  • IP67 Sealed Housing: The board mounts under the seat or in a battery box that gets hosed down during depot cleaning; gasketed connectors and a potted current path mean the enclosure does not care.
  • Limp-Home Mode: When a cell group drifts or a temperature threshold is reached, output is progressively limited rather than cut, so the driver can complete the loop and return to the depot under reduced power.
  • Vibration-Resistant Termination: Busbar joints and sense connectors are specified against a random vibration profile modelled on the route surfaces these vehicles actually drive — the failure point on cheaper boards.
  • Controller-Compatible CAN Frames: The frame set covers the common low-speed vehicle controllers, with a mapping table supplied so an integrator can align identifiers in an afternoon.
  • Charge Interlock: A dedicated input prevents traction while the charging connector is engaged — a small function that avoids a very expensive depot accident.
  • Optional Driver Display: A 2.4-inch panel can be added to show state of charge, remaining range estimate and fault codes at the dashboard.

Applications

Sightseeing shuttles, resort and campus buggies, golf fleet cars and low-speed utility vehicles running 72 V packs are the intended fit. The board also serves small electric sweepers and ground-care vehicles that share the same controller ecosystem.

Fleet operators benefit from the limp-home behaviour and the diagnostic log, while vehicle builders benefit from a single board that can be re-profiled for 60 V and 76 V variants without a hardware change.

Packaging and Quality Assurance

Each unit ships with the potted board, a labelled sense harness, four NTC probes, a power lead and a wiring card. Boards are high-pot tested and functionally exercised against a 20-series simulator before packing.

Ordering

One piece for evaluation, volume pricing from fifty units. Vehicle-specific harness routing, controller identifier mapping and dashboard branding can be configured before shipment. A 24-month limited warranty covers the management board.
